This module is a concept that has never to my knowledge been formalized in sales theory. It is particularly important to telephone sales due to the lack of inherent control present in the telephone sales call.

In this module you will learn some key steps to take in ending each sales call that will help you to leverage the opportunities in the next call. The Next Step is basically a call control technique.

Managers may access a “Trainer’s Video” that explains in detail how to present this data to your sales team.
